A private funeral service for the late Marian Chiyoko Kasai, 89-year-old, Los Angeles, CA born resident of La Crescenta, who passed away on July 26, 2021, was held on Friday, August 13 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" in Los Angeles.

Predeceased by her husband, Ryo Kasai; she is survived by her children, Mark (Amy), Wayne (Gretchen), Candice (Mark Riley), and Jon Kasai; grandchildren, Alexis, Stacey, and Wylie Kasai; sister, Yoshiko Matsui; she is also survived by many cousins and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers or koden, donations may be made to Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple.
