Private funeral services for the late Margaret K. Shimizu, 83-year-old, resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on June 24, 2010, were held on Wednesday, July 7 at Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Edward) Kato; sons, Wayne (Pauline) and Mark (Raquel) Shimizu; grandsons, Randy and Kevin Kato, and Matthew Shimizu; granddaughters, Isabella and Elizabeth Shimizu; sisters, Betty Nakamura and Mary Nakaji.
