Mabel Yoshiye Mayeda, 97, a long-time resident of San Gabriel, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2021. She was predeceased by her husband, Tamiki.

She is survived by her loving family: daughter, Phyllis; son, Glenn (Karen); grandchildren, Jonathan (Jennifer), Moof (Ali), Nicole (Joseph); great-grandchildren, Kenji, Oliver, Mika, Kaiyah; brother-in-law George Mayeda; sister-in-law Kristine Mayeda; and many nieces and nephews.

Her public viewing will be on Thursday, June 24 at Fukui Mortuary from 2 to 4 p.m. with a private graveside service on Friday, June 25 at 11 a.m. at Rose Hills.
