Private funeral and burial services for the late Mrs. Lucy Toshiko Takeuchi, 87 year-old East Los Angeles born resident of Gardena who passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 31 were held on Saturday, February 11 at Holy Cross Cemetery of Culver City.

She is survived by her loving sons, Steve (Yoko) and Neil (Paula) Takeuchi; daughter, Susan (Martin) Connor of Washington; grandchildren, Martin, Mahre and Andrew Connor; step-grandchildren, Shanna and James Van Pelt of Iowa; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Yonemitsu and Bess Takeuchi; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
