A private funeral service for the late Lucky Shoso Yamaga, 97-year-old, Walnut Grove, California-born, resident of Costa Mesa, who passed away on April 30, 2025, was held on Saturday, July 26 at Orange County Buddhist Church in Anaheim.

Predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary Yamaga and siblings, Russell Yamaga, Kenneth Yamaga and Yoshi Kasuya; He is survived by his children, Cynthia, Darin and Rick Yamaga; sister, Kazuko Furukawa; he is also survived by other relatives.
