Funeral services for the late Lillian Shigeko Newcomb, an 85-year-old, California-born Nisei resident of Pasadena and former Gila Bend Relocation Camp internee were held privately at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" officiated by Rev. Clifford Ishigaki.

In lieu of flowers or koden, the family respectfully requests that donations instead be made to American Cancer Society (800) 227-2345, or to the Pasadena Humane Society (626) 792-7151.

Lillian is survived by her children, Karen (Richard Foreman), Cheryl (David Drake) and Marty (Pam) Tanigawa; grandchildren of Kelly and Tyler Drake and Sydney, Devin and Colin Tanigawa.
