LAU, LELAND G., 67, president and long-time commissioner of the basketball program of the Japanese-American Optimist Club and dedicated board member of the Optimist Youth Home & Family Services, is survived by his children, Leann (Chong Taing) Lau, Christopher (Tammy) Lau, and Lindsay (Michael Egziabher) Lau; granddaughters, Emi Taing and Gemma Lau; mother, Evelyn; brothers, Laurence (Cally) and Bing (Diana) Lau Jr.; and many other loved ones.

Family memorial service was held on Weds., May 26 at Fukui Mortuary. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
