Memorial services for the late Mrs. Lee Shizuye Hayashi, an 83-year-old, Wyoming-born Nisei resident of Torrance who peacefully passed away in her sleep on July 11, 2012 will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, 11:00 AM at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90257, officiated by Pastor Cory Ishida of Evergreen Baptist Church San Gabriel Valley.


Mrs. Hayashi is predeceased by her husband, Tony Munekiyo Hayashi; son, Gary Steven Hayashi; daughter, Linda Joy Higashi; siblings, Katsuko Niida, Martha Inouye, Corryne Inohara and Catherine Ishizawa; brothers-in-law, Nobuo Asada, Hideo Niida, Joe Inohara and Noboru Ishizawa. She is survived by her daughters, Julie Jean (Terry) Biner of UT and Diane Diedre Hayashi; grand-daughter Danielle Aniko Biner of UT; sister, Alyce Asada; son-in-law, David Higashi; brother-in-law Carl Inouye. Also survived by many other relatives.
