A funeral service for the late Mrs. Laura Ujiiye, 94 year-old Nisei resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on November 26, 2018 will be held on Saturday, December 29, 1:00 pm at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles with Minister Diane Ujiiye officiating.

Laura Ujiiye with her family was ordered to the Amache Relocation Camp located in southeast Colorado during WWII.

She is survived by her loving family; sons, Cary and David (Taryn) Ujiiye; granddaughter, Kristy Ujiiye; sister, Josie Sagami of Chicago, IL; Akita Inu, Jiro; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
