Funeral services for the late Kunima Tamura, 90-year-old, Redondo Beach, CA born resident of Torrance, who passed away on July 19, 2013, will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 11 a.m. at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena.

Predeceased by his wife Toshiko Tamura, son Alan Tamura, and grandson Preston Stephens; he is survived by his children, Patricia Ann (Joe) Greenbank of Arizona, Lloyd Tamura, Susan (Greg) Kishiyama, and Richard (Liza) Tamura; daughter-in-law, Marie Tamura; grandchildren, Geoffrey (Kirsten) Tamura, Joel Greenbank of Arizona, Amber (Joel) Virkler of Michigan, Kasey Kishiyama, Katie Greenbank of Arizona, Taylor, Bryan, Garrett, Paige and Evan Tamura; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Mason Tamura, and Liam, Aiden and Callum Virkler all of Michigan; he is also survived by other relatives.
