Kozo Hara, age 86, born in Hiroshima, Japan, resident of Rancho Palos Verdes, passed away on Wednesday, June 27 at Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, CA. His beloved wife, Hagel Yukiko Hara passed away in 2010. He is survived by his beloved children, Tomiko Hara and husband Nobuo, Akio Hara and wife Hiroko, Yasuko Hara and husband Fred Fujioka, Amy Sonnen and husband Sandor, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives in the U.S. and Japan.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 7 from 9:00 A.M. at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA with Rev. Kyoko Graham of Gardena-Torrance Japanese Southern Baptist Church officiating.
