Obituary
Memorial services for the late Koji "Dick" Tanisaka, 72-year-old, Los Angeles, CA born resident of Gardena, who passed away on June 5, 2009, will be held on Friday, June 12, 11:00 A.M. at Faith United Methodist Church, 2115 W. 182nd St., Torrance, with Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce Tanisaka; sons, Ricky (Jackie), Victor Koji and Rick Morris, and Darrin Saburo Tanisaka; 4 grandchildren; mother, Fumiko Tanisaka; brothers, Osamu (Toshiko) and Saburo (Nobuko) Tanisaka; sisters, Rumiko (Hoosh) Nikkah, Junko (Richie) Tokuda, and Amy (Masao) Nakamura; he is also survived by many other relatives.
The family kindly requests casual aloha attire.
