Dr. Koichi Ishikawa, age 80 born in Chiba Ken in Japan, resident of South Pasadena, passed away peacefully on Tue. Jan 8, 2013. He is survived by his beloved wife, Yoko Ishikawa; children, Takeshi (Lori) Ishikawa and Hiroshi Ishikawa and survived by other relatives here and in Japan.
