Kiyomi Higa Tobaru, 60, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2015 at her home in Los Angeles. She is survived by her husband, Masao Tobaru; Daughters - Jennifer Starr Misner and Masako Tobaru; and granddaughters, Fionna and Valerie Misner.
Services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015 at 7 PM. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, California 90012
