Funeral service for the late Kiyoko Masuda Tanaka, 83-year-old, CA born resident of Cerritos, who passed away on December 14, 2013 in her home surrounded by loved ones, will be held on Saturday, December 21, 9:30 A.M. at Anaheim Free Methodist Church, 1001 N. Mayflower St., Anaheim.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Carl K. Tanaka and her parents, Joe M. and Dorothy U. Masuda; she is survived by her loving children, Shari (Edward) Woerz and David Wayne (Crystal Lyn) Tanaka; grandchildren, Tiffany Woerz, James, Gabriel Nathan Everett-Tanaka, and Bennett Young-Tanaka; brother, Jim (Helen) Masuda; she is also survived by many beloved nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Rose Room Hospice Service and her private nurses for their support in her final days.
