Kiyoko Isomura Otsuki, age 94, of Canyon Lake California passed away peacefully on May 29, 2026. She was born on September 11, 1931, in Tokyo Japan to Yoshitaka Tsumura and Kimi Isomura. Kiyoko survives by her husband, Tony Tsunehiro; Daughter, Sharon (Gary) Morrison; brother, Bob Corrigan.

Funeral service will be held on June 20 at Fukui Mortuary at 11 am, 707 E. Temple Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90012 officiated by Rev. Ryuko Kitazaki of Honmon Butsuryu.
