Kiyoko Kay Nakamura

Kiyoko Kay Nakamura, a Gardena-born resident of West Los Angeles, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2021 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by her husband Tatsumi Nakamura. She was a longtime member of the West LA Buddhist Temple and enjoyed gardening, gateball, cooking and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her daughters, Yuri (Vaughn) Smith, Aiko Janice (Wayne) Nagata, son Gary Nakamura, granddaughters Jenna (Brandon) Nakagawa, Allison (Arshad) Jiffry, grandson Cameron Smith, great-grandsons Kaiden and Devin Nakagawa, and great-granddaughter Amara Jiffry.

Private Services were held on October 16th in Los Angeles.
