Private funeral services for the late Mrs. Kiyo Ogata, 91 year old, California born Nisei resident of Rosemead who passed away on October 7, 2007 at Rio Hondo Convalescent Nursing Center was held on October 19 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", with Rev. Fumaki Usuki of West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple officiating.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Ogata; grandchildren, Shig, Scott, Mark, Deborah and Douglas; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Masao Kanaki; nieces, Patsy (Tom) Uyeno, Amy (Kirk) Taylor, and Irene Tolber. Also survived by many other relatives.
