Memorial service for KISHIYO MATSUMOTO, 97, a Maui born Nisei and resident of Los Angeles who passed away on January 2 at the Memorial Hospital of Gardena, was held on Saturday, January 13 at the Gardena Buddhist Church under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

She is survived by her sons, Kumao (Amy) and George K; daughter, Matsue Moore; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Torao Yokoyama of Gilroy; sister-in-law, Yaeko Matsumoto of Las Vegas and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
