Kimiye Nomura, age 94, passed away on July 18, 2014 in Santa Monica, California. She was born on September 17, 1919 in Sacramento, California to Yasutaro and Sadayo Morioka. She was preceded in death by her husband, Toshio Nomura. Kimiye is survived by her children, Stephen Nomura of Gardena and Sharon Nomura of Los Angeles.

Per her request, no services will be held. Kimiye will be interred with her husband, Toshio, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Santa Monica.
