Private memorial services for Kimiko Osako, Hood River, Oregon-born Nisei who passed away on November 28, 2010, were held on December 10, 2010, at Orange County Buddhist Church.

Mrs. Osako was predeceased by her older brother, Dr. Toshio Yumibe. She is survived by her husband, Ted Osako; children, Glenn (Dayna), Sharon, Wayne (Wiwan) Osako; four grandchildren; siblings, Mary, George (Ileen) and Homer (Susan) Yumibe. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
