Funeral services for the late Mrs. KIMIKO NAKABA, 87 year-old, Hollywood, CA born Nisei resident of Gardena who passed away on
June 2 in Gardena will be held on Sunday, June 13 3:00 p.m. at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 E. Third St., Los Angeles.
Kimiko who is predeceased by her husband Frank is survived by her loving children, Dennis (Karen) Nakaba, Kathy (Glenn) Kishi, Mel Nakaba and Karen (Michael) Akiyama; grandchildren, Kami (Brian) Ito, Alex Nakaba of Japan, Kimi (Andy) Yamamoto, D.J. Nakaba, Kiomi and Trevor Kishi, Colin Nakaba, Stela (Forest) Cassidy, Benji (Staci) Nakaba, Sarah, Jackie and Michelle Akiyama; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Hiroko Nakahara; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
