Mrs. Kimika Yamasaki passed away peacefully on January 26, 2018, three days short of her 102nd birthday. She was the wife of the late Frank Yamasaki.

She is survived by her daughter Mae (Ben) Minamide, sons: Etsel (Mary) Yamasaki, Dick (Karen) Yamasaki; grandchildren: Marci Minamide (Ariel Amir), Traci Minamide, Mitzi Minamide (Hans Naepflin), Alissa Yamasaki (Mark Podgurski), Lynn Yamasaki (Edwin Ushiro); great-grandchildren: Brandon, Wesley, Ryan, and Garrett Kawaguchi; Alec and Emiko Naepflin; and Nora and Emme Podgurski.

Viewing and funeral service will be held on Monday, February 5th, 2018. Viewing will be held from 10:30 - 11:00 AM followed by funeral service at 11:30 AM at Gardena Buddhist Church. 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena, CA. 90247 .

Casual dress is acceptable for those that prefer.
