Private service for the late Kimie Kato, 90-year-old, Kent, Washington born resident of Westminster, who passed away on January 2, 2013, were held on Friday, January 11 at Orange County Buddhist Church with Rev. Marvin Harada officiating.

Predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Nobuo. She is survived by brothers, Ray Michihira (Grace) and Frank Hori (June); sisters, Hamayo Sato and Mary Nakamura; sisters-in-law Michiko Imaizumi, Sumiye Saito (Harry) and Sachi Hori; brother-in-law, Shinshi (Yukiko) Kato; and many nieces and nephews.
