Funeral Service for the late Kenji Kajiya, Los Angeles-born Nisei resident of Gardena who passed away on December 4 at his residence, will be held on Thursday, December 14, 11 a.m., at Faith United Methodist Church, 2115 W. 182nd St., Torrance, Calif., under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

He is survived by his wife, Alice (Hagiwara) Kajiya; son, Scott (Jan) Kajiya; daughters, Allyn Trott (Chris Tritschler) and Annie (Robert) Storey; grandchildren, Dominic and Natalie Trott, Enzo Kajiya and Ruby Storey; sister, Hisako Kajiya; sisters-in-law, Sumi Kobata and Tsugi (Tatsumi) Iwata; brother-in-law, Brian Kenichi Hagiwara; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
