Private funeral services for the late Mrs. Kazuko Uyeno, 82 year-old, Tokyo, Japan-born, resident of Torrance, who passed away on December 20, 2010, were held on Thursday, December 30, at Green Hills Memorial Park, officiated by Rimban Hiroshi Abiko of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.

She is survived by her sons, George Joji (Eriko), and Jack Kazuo Uyeno; daughter, Naomi (Bruce) Kato; granddaughters, Jennifer Quinn Kato, and Tiffany Rie Uyeno.
