Funeral services for the late Mrs. Kay Kiyoko Yamashita, 87-
year-old Los Angeles born Nisei resident of Gardena who passed away on October 7, with family and friends at her side, will be held on Thursday, October 14, 1:00 pm at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, 90275 with Rev. Derek Nakano of Faith United Methodist Church officiating.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Sally Yamashita of Nevada and son, Scott Yamashita; brothers, George Shig and Yuki (Yone) Kuroki; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
