Funeral service for the late Kay Makiyama, 73-year-old, Auburn, WA born resident of Montebello, who passed away on August 17, 2006 at his residence, was held on Saturday, August 26, at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden".


He is survived by his beloved wife, Yoko Makiyama; daughter, Vivian Masako (Kevin) Wentz; son, Stanley (Kumi Kiso) Makiyama; granddaughter, Kelsey Wentz; grandson, Kade Wentz; brother, Takashi (Martha) Makiyama; sisters, Hideko (Shig) Yamashita, Sadako Tsuyuki, Itsuko Setsuda, and Bernice (Kiyo) Iwasaki; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
