Funeral services for the late Kay Kazuyo Hamai, 87 year-old Los Angeles born resident of Gardena who passed away on February 27 will be held on Saturday, March 15, 11:00 am., at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, with Rev. Kazuaki Nakata officiating on behalf of Gardena Buddhist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Kazuo; son, Joe (Janie) Hamai; daughter, Sharon (Jiro) Akasaka; grandchildren, Erin Hamai, Jennifer, Kyle and Troy Akasaka; brother, Fred Akira Kitada; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
