Private family funeral service for Katsuyo Kinoshita, 89-year-old, Miyazaki-ken born, resident of  Winchester who passed away on July 8, 2017 at her residence, was held on Sat. July 22 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel" with a minister of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Isamu Kinoshita; son, Joe Kinoshita; daughters, Sayoko (Tetsusen) Watari and Yukiko (Mikihiro) Ono; grandsons, Tetsuji Zenas of Oregon, Hiromitsu Jason (Sharon Vu) Watari and Ryoichi Rick Ono; many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Japan.
