Private family services for the late Katsumi Ono, 89-year-old, Japan born, resident of Dana Point, California who passed away peacefully on December 15, 2024 was held on January 24, 2024 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" in Los Angeles.

Predeceased by his beloved wife, Kay Keiko Ono nee Kobayashi; he is survived by his children, Dean (Donna) Ono and Karyn Allen (Rick Dale); grandchildren, Ryan Allen, Karyssa Allen, Kaylee Allen, and Krista Ono; four great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives; also predeceased by his siblings Yoshinobu Ono and Takeshi Ono, and survived by siblings, Masayoshi Ohno, Hidetoshi Ono, Hiroshi Ono, Yukie Shigemoto, and Shigeru Ono.
