NAKANISHI, KANEKO, born in Villa Park, raised in Terminal Island, interned at Gila AZ, and a long time resident of the Seinan district of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully at home with family after suffering complications from a broken hip.

Predeceased by her daughter, Sarah Hiromi Yamasaki.
She is survived by son, Robert (Gay) Nakanishi; brothers, Toshiro (Kiyoko) and Katsumi (Hatsune) Izumi; sisters, Satsuki (Kiyoshi) Hamabata and Mary (Bob) Tamura. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and other relatives.
"Auntie Kay" will be missed for her ready smile, her helpfulness, and her great cooking.

Visitation will be held Friday June 22, 9:00A.M. to 11:00A.M at Fukui Mortuary" Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St, Los Angeles, California.

The family requests no flower or Koden.
