KANAME NELSON "NAMIE", 89 year-old, Los Angeles, California born, resident of Gardena, passed away peacefully at home on February 5, 2010. Public funeral services will be held on Friday, February 12, 10:00 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, California.

He is survived by his loving wife Masako Kawamura; son, Glenn (Eleanor) Kawamura; daughters, Janet Mari (Ken) LeBlanc and Nana (Uri) Gorski; grandchildren, James, Caitlyn and Amanda Kawamura, Jaron and Lea LeBlanc; sisters, Fumiye Doi and Haruko Matsunaga; also survived by many nephews, nieces and other relatives here and in Japan and Hawaii.
