Kai Lee Sandoval, 20, passed away on July 30, 2025.  Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15, at 7:00PM at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1st St., Los Angeles, CA 90012.

In lieu of flowers family would like donations to be made in Kai's name to Changing Tides.
A service of Little Tokyo Service Center to bring awareness to mental health.  Kai was serving as an Ambassador intern there this summer.

Kai is survived by a loving family; mother, Susan Lee; father, Jose Sandoval; sister, Leila Sandoval; grandmother, Enma Helou; grandfather, Benjamin Lee; 2 aunts, Nancy Lee and Susie (Robert) Pecze; 3 uncles, Jorge, Morris, and Sergio Sandoval; many cousins and relatives.
