Glenn (Patty), Samantha, Jason, Marcus, and Jared Fukushima,            Kristen (Cole) Ramsey, Trina (Daichi) Nakagawa, Lisa (Todd) Saukkola; great-grandfather of Jacob, Zachary and Madeleine Ninomiya, Ella, Katherine, and Evan Fukushima, Dylan Nakagawa, Emily, and Ethan Ramsey; brother, Takeshi (Teiko) Fukushima; sisters-in-law, Eiko Fukushima and Sumiko Taguchi; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here, in Germany and Japan. Recipient of the Congressional Gold Medal for his Military Intelligence Service.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 20, 11:00A.M. at Nishi Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. 1 ^st Street, Los Angeles, California 90012.
