Obituary
Joji "Joe" Nakakihara 81, resident of Gardena, CA, 57 years of marriage, passed away peacefully at home on November 3, 2015.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mae "Midori" Nakakihara; Children - Mark (Laurie) Nakakihara, Scott (Charlene) Nakakihara, Liza (Richard) Tamura, Debbie (Greg) Spaan and Maile Hino; 10 Grandchildren - Ryan (Crystal) Shimizu, Kelli Shimizu, Reed Nakakihara, Nick Nakakihara, Kailyn Nakakihara, Garrett Tamura, Paige Tamura, Evan Tamura, Kylie Spaan and Travis Spaan; and Brother David "Kako" Nakakihara. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Celebration of Life to be held at Gardena Valley Baptist Church,
1630 W. 158th St., Gardena CA 90247 on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015 at 10 AM. With Reverend Ken Shur and Pastor Ki Choi officiating. family request casual attire.
