Funeral services for the late John Michio Ryono, 91-year-old, Los Angeles, CA born resident of Torrance, who passed away on May 11, 2008, will be held on Saturday, May 17, 3:00 P.M. at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.

Predeceased by his brother Dr. Robert C. Ryono, he is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Mariko Ryono; children, Eddie (Jane) Ryono and Karen (Gerald) Tanaka; grandchildren, Julie (Carl) Woodall, Jon (Katie) Ryono, and Tricia (Jason) Tamashiro; great-grandchildren, Tyler Woodall and Jack Tamashiro; siblings, Kachiyo (Henry) Enomoto, Katsumi Ryono, Mitsuko Shibuya, and Chizuo (Hank) Oka; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
