Funeral services for the late Mr. John Mitsuo Nomoto, 87 year old, Los Angeles born resident of North Hollywood, who passed away on February 24, were held on March 4 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" officiated by Rev. Kazuaki Nakata of Hompa Honganji Buddhist Temple.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ayako Nomoto and is survived by his children; son, Michael (Julie) Nomoto; daughter, Irene Nomoto; sisters, Miyako Kuroda and Mitsuko Kuramura; brothers, Mitsunori Nomoto and Morika Nomoto both here and in Japan; Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
