JOHN ANTHONY MIDDLETON, 59, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2017.  For 28 years he was a sober, proud and grateful member of Alcoholics Anonymous

He is survived by his loving family; wife, Lynn H. Middleton; mother, Martha Middleton; sisters, Donna (Sue) Peebles-Orden and Pam (Frank) Shoemaker the latter three of Florida; brother-in-law, Dean Shiraga; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and AA family.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, December 3, at 2:30PM at 11166 Ohio Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90025.
