Obituary
Memorial services for John Kanda a 94-year-old resident of Burbank who passed away on September 2, 2016 will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 11:30 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden" 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012, officiated by Rev. KarenFay Ramos-Young of Centenary United Methodist Church of Los Angeles.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Kirachi; brother-in-law Eddie (Kieko) Gotori; nephew and caregiver Ken (Linda) Wachter. Also survived by many other nieces, nephews and other relatives both here and in Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, 866 Cannery Row, Monterey CA 93940 (800) 840-4880.
