Private funeral services for the late Joe Hironori Tsukida, 85 year old Courtland, CA born Kibei-Nisei resident of Altadena who passed away on June 6, were held on June 21 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", officiated by Rev. Kojo Kakihara of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Akiko Alice Tsukida; daughters, Karen Keiko (Ichiro) Yamamoto, Janice Noriko (David) Shiba, and Sachiko Tsukida; 3 grandchildren; sister, Shizuko Uyemura. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. www.fukuimortuary.com (213) 626-0441
