Memorial service for JOE CHINO, 84, a Utah born Nisei, veteran of WWII and resident of San Diego who passed away on November 10 in Poway due to cancer, will be held on Saturday, November 19, 1:00PM at the Fukui Mortuary Chapel, 707 E. Temple St., L.A., with Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.

He is survived by his son, Koichi "Corky" (Barbara) Chino; daughters, Bonnie (Ken) Kasamatsu and Joanne (Ben) Maloney of Rancho Bernardo; 6 grandchildren; brothers, Teige of Wisconsin and Saburo (Amy) Chino of Illinois; sisters, Kiyo (Ben) Chikarashi of Illinois and Aya Teramura of Wisconsin and other relatives
