Obituary
Memorial service for the late Jim M. Ikehara, 75-year-old, CA born resident of Covina, who passed away on January 19, 2011, will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 11:00 A.M. at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 E. Third St., L.A.
Predeceased by his son, Michael and brother, George; he is survived by his wife, Hideko; children, Jeanne (Mark) Furukawa and Ron (Mariko) Ikehara; grandchildren, Kiyomi (Kimo) Chun, Mitch (Nessa) and Ryan Furukawa, and Toru and Rui Ikehara; great-grandchild, Sammy Chun; siblings, Asako Miyagi and Eiko (Danny) Sanders; half-siblings, Reiko Ikehara and Pek Ikehara; step-sister, Taeko Harrison; he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family kindly requests no flowers.
