Private service for the late Jane H. Watanabe, 85-year-old, CA born resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on February 19, 2011, was held on Friday, February 25 at Fukui Mortuary "Chapel in the Garden", with a minister from Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Frank S. Watanabe; daughter, Carole (Richard) Lee; granddaughters, Kathryn and Jennifer Lee; siblings, Charlie (Miyuki) Katayama, Yo (Dick) Miyoshi, and Mack Katayama; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
