Jane Wada, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on Monday, January 23, 2012 at the age of 87 with her family by her bedside.

She was active at the Orange County Buddhist Church, serving as the first president of its Buddhist Women's Association, and was a Dharma School teacher for over 25 years.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Hiromu "Bill".
She will always be lovingly remembered by her 6 children: Robert, Jean (Ron)Nakano, Glen (Joanna), Leslie (Jeff) Inokuchi, Jo Ann (Kevin) Tanioka, Kevin (Cynthia); 11 grandchildren: Jonathan and Janelle Nakano, Gregory and Brandon Wada, Kerry and Keith Inokuchi, Kaycee, Trenton and Ty Tanioka, Megan (Adam) McAtee, Molly Knott, and great-granchild Parker McAtee.

She is also survived by her brother-in-law Mits Kawaguchi, sisters-in-law Lillian Niizawa, Masako Wada, Kayo Wada, Masako (Masao) Kuwaki and Yaeko Sutow, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 South Dale Avenue, Anaheim at 2:00pm on Friday, February 3, 2012.
