Obituary
James S. Shigeta, 85 year-old, Honolulu, HI born resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2014.
His many accomplishments include appearances in movies, TV and stage.
He is survived by his loving family, siblings Howard T. Shigeta and Barbara (Wayne) Sato of HI, Clarence (Eleanor) Shigeta of Gardena and Wilfred Joe Shigeta of HI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Hawaii.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th, 11:00 AM at First Congregational Church of Los Angeles, 540 S. Commonwealth Ave., Los Angeles.
Family is requesting semi-casual or aloha attire. No okoden.
