Obituary
Funeral services for the late Mr. James Hideo Oka, 78-year-old, Gonzales, California-born Nisei resident of Gardena, CA who passed away on April 11, 2011 from Pulmonary Fibrosis will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2011, 2:00 PM at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 W. 158th St, Gardena, CA 90247, officiated by Pastor Ron Masuda.
In accordance with Mr. Oka's wishes, in lieu of flowers the family will be accepting monetary donations which will be donated to a Pulmonary Disease Foundation to be chosen at a later date by the Oka Family. Business casual attire.
Beloved brother of Mas and Hisa Seo; father of Jimmy and Jiro (Geri); grandfather of Kevin, Michael, Maggie, Jiro, Christina, Samantha, Melanie and Joshua. Also survived by many other relatives.
