Jack Okamoto, age 97, passed away on December 5, 2020 at his home in Cerritos. Mr. Okamoto was predeceased by his wife, Muts; daughter, Nancy; and siblings, Koichi, Jim, Kikuyo, Ayano, Tamaye, Bill, Geo, Grace, and Richard. He is survived by daughters, Lynn (Calvin) Chang and Anne (Steve) Elefante; grandson, Steven Chang; granddaughters Alyson Chang and Renee Elefante; sisters-in-law, Lillian Okamoto and Susie Nakatani; brother-in-law, Harley Ito; and many nieces and nephews. The family held a private graveside service at Evergreen Cemetery in Los Angeles.
