Memorial services for the late Jack Seiji Mizushima, 59-year-old, East Los Angeles raised, resident of Torrance, who passed away on October 2, 2006, will be held on Friday, October 13, 10:00 A.M. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 S. Central Ave., L.A., under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy; son, Jeff; mother, Toshiko; he is also survived aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
