Jack Chiaki Fukuda, 93-year-old, Washington-born, resident of Los Angeles passed away peacefully at Senior Manor Care Home on November 01, 2020.  Jack is predeceased by his  beloved wife Yoshiko Fukuda; He is survived by her loving family: daughter, Shelley Chiharu (Fabio) Echeverri; grandchildren, Evan Masao Fukuda- Echeverri  and Nicole Sayuri Echeverri ; sister, Aiko Harada; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.

The Funeral Service was held privately at Fukui Mortuary, officiated by Rev. Mark M. Nakagawa of West District Superintendent California-Pacific Conference the United Methodist Church.
